The service
EA Nerd, a Global Office Source company, places certified software engineers who also function as executive assistants with client businesses on a monthly subscription basis, with an optional permanent buyout.
Pricing and payment
Current pricing is listed on the site's pricing section and is subject to change with notice to active clients. Specific contractual terms, including invoicing and payment schedule, are confirmed directly during onboarding, not through this website alone.
Rematch and cancellation
A free rematch is available if a placement isn't the right fit. Cancellation terms beyond the rematch window are confirmed in your service agreement at signup.
Confidentiality
Every associate placed through EA Nerd signs an NDA and receives scoped, revocable credentials appropriate to their assignment. Access is revoked when a placement ends.
